Wow, that's fantastic! I love how natural the wings are, and the colors are great! You have to teach me how you color sometime, I'm really terrible at it ;_;

Oh man, this is just reminding me of how much I want those books back, (I loaned them to a friend, who won't be visiting till the end of the year, *Sniff*)

But, more importantly, about the picture: I love, love, LOOOVE the orange theme, and I'm really digging the drake, and how you drew Rhonin+ his armor, O: His armor for Northrend is all well and good, but I prefer his clothes from the books a bit more, (Much more fun to draw, <3)

Aww thank you! The orange was a bit hard to swallow at first and then I had decided it was needed for the picture. Rhonin's armor (literally armor, because Blizz decided he looked better as a paladin for some reason) in Northrend is... something. I like it, but it's not "mage-y" enough in my opinion. And all I had to go on was that little snippet on one of the covers! It all turned out rather muted because of the yellow filter, but it's still all very blues and purples and yellow because the Kirin Tor's main colors are purple and yellow!

To be honest the main reason I drew this was to justify swallowing 1600g for the red drake mount from Wyrmrest Accord. I don't need it, as I have the drop from Culling of Stratholme, but I want it. And that's the important thing lol

Orange and yellow is always a kick in the teeth as a background color, but you did pull it off nicely, even if the blues/purples got muted, haha though! The snippit from the book cover is exactly how I tried to draw him too, xD

And man, I know why you want that drake, I don't care if it takes me a million years to farm the gold/rep I need to get it, I want that as my epic flying mount, so grats on getting that pricey bastard~!

I like this a lot! The orange sky is very cool against the red dragon (i'm jealous you have one lol). It's all very celtic lore come to life (especially with the orange hair and greens eyes...) and I love it.

Red drake = sexy

...

And so is the red whelp non-combat pet I farmed... I want the green one (cause I'm a druid) but I wanted the red one too.
